· Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods with accurate inventory tracking.
· Ensure goods are stored in compliance with customs and safety regulations.
· Manage goods movement in and out of the bonded area with precise recordkeeping.

· Ensure all warehouse activities comply with customs regulations and bonded warehouse procedures.
· Prepare and maintain documentation for customs, including reports and permits.
· Act as the primary contact for customs inspections and audits.

· Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
· Maintain access controls and security protocols for bonded inventory.
· Promote and implement emergency response procedures and safety policies.

· Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
· Report on KPIs, bonded stock levels, and compliance performance to senior management.
· Utilise warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve inventory accuracy and workflow.

· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related discipline (preferred).
· 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse management, ideally in a bonded/customs-controlled environment.
· Strong understanding of customs regulations and bonded warehouse operations.
· Proficiency in WMS and inventory tracking software.
· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict compliance deadlines.

· Certification in warehouse management, logistics, or customs compliance.
· Mandarin/Chinese language skills highly desirable.
